They invested in renewing the food style and mixing selected local cuisine with excellent beer, giving room to the first Craft Beer Bar which includes in its menu dishes typical from Malaga renewed like the Camperito de Pringá (mix of meat from a stew) or Camperito de Rabo de Toro (Ox tail) and other local products with certificate of origin like Huevo de Toro tomatoes or Morá de Cuevas de San Marcos carrots.
Manu, Head Chef and the little brother, is a chef shaped in the Hostelería de Benahavís Sabor a Málaga School and has broad work experience which includes Merendero de Antonio Martín, KGB or Casa Amiggos. He started working in Barcelona at the well distinguished Michelin-Starred restaurant Alquimia.
